Dating an Old Flame
Human as we are, to some extent, we get nostalgic about the past. It's hard to forget good memories and sometimes we wish that things will go back to the way they were. It goes the same with love too.
On hindsight, it seems stupid that we ever let our exes go, since he/she was so nice and understanding etc. This remorse gives rise to the selective amnesia we experience, which enables us to remember only the great times we had together and forget about the times we argued and eventually broke off.
A possible reason why we want our ex back is that the chemistry between you two is so strong that you cannot find someone whom you "click" so much with anymore. It can also be that the person is someone who touched your life so much and so deeply that you just couldn't forget about him/her, no matter how you try. We are afraid that that may be our last shot at happiness and we end up blotching it.
An important thing to note here is that you must not want back the relationship purely because you are desperate or fearful. A relationship built on that basis cannot last and you will be bringing even more pain to both yourself and your ex. If you are genuinely enthusiastic about the future that you two can have together, then there is hope yet!
With the advancement of technology, the internet and social networking sites, it is easy to find your old flame again. You can search for her online and try to rekindle the relationship. It's usually not as hard as getting to know a new person again since the foundation is all there. Get a date. Then, if the feelings are still there, you two can get together again, hopefully with a different ending this time!
But that's alright if both of you are single. But when one is already committed, then that's a different story. Never play with fire. You might get burnt! Tempting??? Just don't even think about it.. :D

It's fun to be wasted.., sometimes

TGIF! (Thank God It's Friday)
According to WIKI , it has become a common expression of relief at the end of the work week and anticipation of relaxing or partying over the weekend.
That explains why its (mostly) everyone's fave day of the week! Time to party, chill, relax and distress from a stressful work week. Others (I'm part of it) even preempts it.. Too stressed to wait for Friday? Maybe!
For me, I always give 100% at work:

That's Life!
C'est la vie - this is a phrase usually accompanied with a shrug, as it means, "well, that's life". A phrase that is a way of shrugging off what can't be helped, says Urban Dictionary.
In our lives, a lot of things are beyond our control. True for that matter! And to brighten things up, we say, everything happens for a reason.. Now, if that reason is not on our side, we'd say, oh well, c'est la vie! That's life.. and yes indeed, that's life!
When we ask a question, the answer is always accompanied by more questions. And so we find ourselves in an endless quest for knowledge. But no matter how hard we try or how great our achievements are, we still end up not knowing everything. Again, c'est la vie!

Each day is a new life. Let's seize it and live it to the fullest. It's all made up of constant calls to action and of course, its not always fair. But at the end of the day, challenges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes it meaningful.
I had few setbacks myself, but I never thought of giving up. Just trust yourself, then you will know how to live.
